  • Engineer: Mr. Pete Hoppe, P.E.

Project Details:

This project was officially completed and accepted in early 2008. It consisted of constructing a 42,000 Sq. Ft. metal building with a 35 ft. eave height for the Port of Iberia to allow them to house one of their premier tenants, All Points Equipment, a marine painting and sandblasting company based in Philadelphia, PA. This project was unique in many ways but most notably because of the time constraints placed on the job due to the need of the building by All Points. The building included the placement of four (4) 20 Ton Overhead Cranes that allow the large steel panels that All Points' paints to be rotated, blasted and painted from all angles.

We enjoyed working for this Owner and Engineer as they communicated their demands and expectations very clearly which ultimately related in a very nice finished product.
